About two months ago we all went to Moncton, girls went shopping while guys just walked around Moncton. A walk that took about 4-6 hours. From Champlain Mall, to downtown Moncton, to Costco area. Very nice weather with the sun shining bright. Took some snapshots along the way. Here are some to share: Click on picture for a bigger view.

Pink Sushi

We visited Moncton a few times last year and twice we went to have dinner/supper at Pink Sushi. The food is really nice and the fish is really fresh. Some of the service is good but some is just lacking. But overall, the main reason for me going there is for the food… the food was good and I really miss eating sushi and sashimi. I don’t recall any Japanese restaurants in Fredericton. Here are some photos of the good food to share :)

Above is a Nikon lens which has a Tilt/Shift Mechanism. These types of lenses are used to control perspectives. I was just browsing some blogs and I came across a post which showed that post processing can be used to create somewhat of a tilt/shift effect. So I decided to try it out… my results are not as good as expected… but hey… it’s just for fun. For people  like me who cannot afford such a lens, the closest I can get is by using some post-processing.

I thought I might just post some closeup of some of the pictures above, it somehow give the feelings of scaled model:
