Cows Ice Cream, Prince Edward Island
Cows Ice Cream was rated Canada’s best ice cream recently by Readers Digest Canada. The reason why it is so tasty is because of the low air content in the ice cream and more of the real stuff. It just simply melts in your mouth with richness in taste and texture. Sorry ah… did not have ice cream pictures… too lazy to take… was busy eating. Cows is also very famous for their parody t-shirts… see here.

Above is a Nikon lens which has a Tilt/Shift Mechanism. These types of lenses are used to control perspectives. I was just browsing some blogs and I came across a post which showed that post processing can be used to create somewhat of a tilt/shift effect. So I decided to try it out… my results [...]

Prince Edward Island is really a pretty place. Anne of Green Gables, the novel was based on PEI. Agriculture is a big part of the economy here… lots of farms and cows around. COWS Ice Cream only uses milk produced by the cows in PEI. Here are some photos of the agriculture in PEI:
This last [...]

In Flanders Fields
In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved, and were loved, and now we lie
In Flanders Fields.
Take up our quarrel with [...]

Here is a preview of what we will be updating in the next few entries… Prince Edward Island is certainly a beautiful place to visit. Especially in summer… in fall… expect a bit of rain.
Did I mention that the wind was freezing cold that day… though the view was certainly magnificent.

The Loyalist were people loyal to the British Crown especially during the American Revolution. A lot of loyalist migrated North to Canada. Here they established new communities. A hot day afternoon with me wondering around Fredericton just enjoying the sunshine. I was walking on the walking bridge and just across… with the greens, Christ Church Cathedral looks so pretty. It is an Anglican Cathedral built more than 150 years ago. I decided to drop by the Cathedral to take some photos. And [...]
